Hoy me he calzado las zapas,he cogido la kalenji y la gopro y he salido sin un objetivo preestablecido, a rodar por SENSACIONES....sin forzar... solo cambiando de ritmo cuando el cuerpo va comodo, cuando lo pide el MOTOR, disfrutando de cada zancada, de la brisa, de los sonidos. 28 km disfrutados de principio a fin..... puro trailrunning...
Mañana mas , no se si mejor ; pero lo de hoy me lo llevo forever.
